First Flight for Wind Fisher’s Prototype

August 26, 2021 will go down as an important day in history for Wind Fisher. Armel Guillon, engineering intern at Wind Fisher, and co-founder Garrett Smith achieved the first flight for Wind Fisher’s developmental prototype. The 1.2m span cylinder flew for a total of 27 seconds, validating several key aspects of Wind Fisher’s architecture.
